  • Information you submit: issue descriptions, screenshots, files, feedback, and security reports.

2. How we use information

  • create accounts, authenticate sessions, and provide product functions;
  • process predictions, orders, settlement, chain confirmation, wallet records, and support;

  • analyze reliability and performance, fix defects, and improve services;
  • send user-triggered verification codes, security notices, and necessary service messages.

3. Legal bases and choices

We process information to perform the User Agreement, based on consent, to protect legitimate interests, and to meet legal duties. Without required information, registration, trading, withdrawal, wallet functions, or compliance review may be unavailable. You may disable optional notices, but account, security, transaction, and legal notices remain necessary.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with:

  • cloud, database, cache, CDN, email, realtime communication, data-source, and security providers;
  • wallets, RPC providers, public nodes, block explorers, smart contracts, and transaction participants;
  • identity, sanctions, fraud, audit, legal, and professional service providers;
  • authorized regulators, courts, law enforcement, or government bodies;
  • a successor in a merger, restructuring, or asset transfer that assumes applicable obligations.

Third-party wallets and websites handle information under their own privacy policies.

5. Public chains and public content

Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, balances, and contract events may be permanently visible on public blockchains and cannot be changed or deleted by us. Content posted in public topics, voice rooms, or communities may be seen, recorded, or redistributed by others. Do not publish sensitive personal data.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for service, audit, dispute, AML, and legal needs, then delete, anonymize, or restrict it when appropriate. We use access controls, encrypted transport, audit logs, and risk monitoring, but no internet or blockchain system is absolutely secure. Use secure devices and protect accounts and wallets.

7. International processing

Providers, nodes, or data centers may be outside your country. Where required, we use contractual, access-control, or other reasonable safeguards for international processing.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy, or withdrawal of consent. Some records cannot be deleted immediately because of blockchain immutability or AML, financial, audit, dispute, or security duties. We may verify identity before acting.

9. Minors, cookies, and updates

The services are not intended for anyone under 18. We may use local storage, cookies, or similar technology to maintain sessions, save language, improve security, and provide core functions. Updates will state a new effective date.
